LEATHER

MartinRychard products are made from natural leather.
The leather handled by our brand may have small scratches, blood vessels, scars, etc. These are proof that the animal from which it was derived was alive and also proof that it is genuine leather.
Just as each person's skin is different, each piece of natural leather made from processed animal hide also has its own unique look. Please note that there may be natural scratches on the leather, and enjoy the unique look of the leather.

For made-to-order products, it takes about 2-4 weeks from order to delivery because we start making them after receiving the order. Also, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer's convenience. Thank you for your understanding.

About product repairs
Products purchased through the official Martin Rychard online store can be altered for a fee.
The cost and time required for alterations will vary depending on the type of item and the area that needs altering.
